The urethra hole at the tip of the Aerodick nose is actually a new type of F-duct. Or it just shoots a sticky substance onto the track for added grip.

I doubt it. They're not allowed to put holes on the nosecone for one thing (tiny one at the front notwithstanding), plus it's like that to get more air under the car and thus going towards the diffuser.

Several Mclarens have had that hole up front before. I think it's for cooling purposes as the telemetry systems are all in the front of the car usually.

I think most if not all have a hole in the front of the nosecone for cooling of some sort

That little hole in the front is OK for cooling, but ducts for air channeling and such are not allowed AFAIK.
